Morgan Sparks and Cam Browne are match made in heaven. They've been best friends since birth, they tell each other everything and yeah-thery're totally hot for each other.
But a week before their joint sweet sixxtenn bach, everything changes. Cam's awkward cousin Pip comes to stay, and Cam starts acting distant. Morgan is stunned when her formerly perfect boyfrined seems to be drifting away.
When Morgan demands answers, she's shocked to discover the reason for Cam's distance. It isn't another girl-it's another world. Pip claims that Cam is a fairy. No, seriously. A Fairy. And now his people want Cam to return to their world and take his rightful place as Fairy King.
Determined to keep Cam with her, Morgan plots to fool the fairies. But as Cam countinues to change, she has to decide once and for all if he really is her destiny, and if their "perfect" love can weather an uncertain future.
Witty, orginial and unexpectedly touching, FAIRY TALE is remarkable debut by Cyn Balog that will captivate fans of Twilight and Wicked Lovely.
My Review:
I really enjoyed this book, my favorite of the week.!! It started and ended with this one book. Authors don't do that much even though I would love to have a book 2 for where book 1 left off. Don't want to spoil anything for anyone so here it goes.
Morgan our man female character is dating and has been dating Cam since they were like 5. They are the PERFECT couple, he is the star quarterback and she is always in the stands supporting him. Then a week before thier 16 birthday party (the have the same birthday) Cam turns distance and almost sickly. All this starts when the new kid Pip comes to live with Cam, saying he is his cousin. But Morgan knows something isn't right, see Morgan can see the future. She reads Cam (and I get a sense she may read people but Cam was off limits) she see him in his room devasted and their is this nasty bump on his back. She thinks its a tumor but according to Pip, Cam is a fairy. He has to go back to the otherworld to be king. Can they figure out a way to save Cam and whats the deal with Pip? It took me a little over a hour to read this book but I LOVED it. It was a fresh take on Fairies. They story flowed and had me hooked almost instancely. If you want a good quick read check this book out.

On top of spending most of her time in a bunker like safe house and having her dates hijacked by a formidable Fae bodyguard, Faerie walker Dana Hathaway is in for some more bad new: the Erlking and his pack of murderous minions known as the Wild Hunt have descended upon Avalon. With his homicidal appetite and immortal powers, the Erlking has long been the nightmare of the Fae realm. A fragile treaty with the Faerie Queen, sealed with a mysterious spell, is the one thing that keeps him from hunting unchecked in Avalon, the only place on Earth where human and Fae live together. Which means Dana's in trouble, since it's common knowledge that the Faerie Queens want her-and her rare Faerie walker powers-dead. The smoldering, sexy Erlkin's got his sights set on Dana, but does he only seek to kill her, or does he have something much darker in mind?
My review;
Book 2 in Jenna Black's series about a fariewalker named Dana. She is still in Avalon locked up for her own safety from her Aunt Grace and a bunch of others. Dana still doesn't trust Ethan after what happened in book one but he is not giving up so easy. Just when Dana is trying to get everything together the Erlking and the wild hunt comes to Avalon. The Erlking want something from Dana, is it to kill her like many want to do or does her want something else entirely? Can Ethan save her or will she have to save Ethan? It was a good book, didn't take long read. I'm ready to start reading book 3 so I can find out more about Ethan and the Erlking. I have a feeling the Erlking is going to be a major role in the next book, but I could be wrong.

TORN BETWEEN TWO DESTINIES....
Claire is having the perfect sixteenth birthday. Her pool party is a big success, and her crush keeps chatting and flirting with her as if she's the only girl there. But that night, she discovers something that takes away all sense of normalcy: She's a werewolf!
As Claire is initiated into the pack of female werewolves, she finds her lupine loyalty at odds with her human heart. Burdened with a dark secret and pushing the boundaries for forbidden love, she will be forced to make a choice that will change her life forever...
My review:
N new spin on werewolves. The author starts with the main character Claire having her 16 birthday party and her crush Matthew being there. All of sudden parents of her guests pulls up freaking out about a werewolf siting, so that ends the party. Matthew dad Dr. Engles is a scientist coming up with a CURE for the werewolves. Claire's mom is a photographer that is always out of town so Claire is close to her Au Pare Lizabeth. When Claire turns 16 she notices her hands and ears have a rash on them. Her mother finally tells Claire she is from a long line of female werewolves. Claire's mother Maria also tells Claire that she must stay away from Matthew because of who his father is, but its to late, Claire has already fallen for Matthew. With a lone wolf killing off people, and Claire's pack in danger of being hunted, what is going to happen? I liked the writing style of Christine Johnson, the story flowed very easily and I was drawn a couple chapters in. Claire De Lune was not my favorite book about werewolves but I will be ready book 2, if there is one.

Enclave by: Ann Aguirre Book review

ENCLAVE
Author: Ann Aguirre
Publisher: Feiwel and Friends
Jacket Design: Rich Deas
Pages: 262
Genre: Dystopian
In Deuce's world, an enclave deep underground, people earn the right to a name only if they survive their first 15 years. By that point, each unnamed "brat" has trained to join one of the three groups - Breeders, Builders or Hunters, identifiable by the number of scars they bear on their arms. Deuce has wanted to be a Huntress for as long as she can remember.
As a huntress, her purpose is cleave-to brave the dangerous tunnels outside the enclave and bring back meat to feed the group while evading the ferocious monsters known as Freaks. She's worked toward this goal her whole life, and nothing;s going to stop her, not even a brooding Hunter named Fade. When the mysterious boy becomes her partner, Deuce's troubles are just beginning.
Fade doesn't like following orders. Deuce has never known a boy like him before, someone as likely to touch her gently as use his knives with feral grace.
As Deuce's perception shifts, so does the balance in the battle for survival. The mindless Freaks, once considered a threat due to their sheer numbers, now show signs of cunning and even strategy... but the elder refuse to heed any warnings. No matter how hard she tries, Deuce cannot stem the dark tide that carries her far from the only world she's ever know.
My Review:
Enclave is set after the Earth is destroyed, to me it sounds like a plague. The enclave is a sort of underground community. There are 3 different kind of jobs you can get assigned to when you turn 15, builder, breeder or Hunter. You do not get named until you reach 15 because you are deemed a "brat" until then, if your survive until 15. The story starts with a girl know as girl15 going to her naming ceremony, which she gets the name Deuce. Deuce wants nothing more than to be a Huntress and kill Freaks. Freaks are human look alike other than their eyes, razor sharp teeth and claws. She get teamed up with a hunter named Fade. The only thing she know about Fade is that he was not born in the enclave, he was found roaming when he was around 8, he was born topside. The have to go on patrol and like all Dystopian novels there is a problem with the elders. Will Deuce follow the rules or will she be lead astray with hottie Fade? I like this book, it only took a couple hours to read. The cover was strange but cool. I will definitely be reading the next installment in this series. I want to know what happened with Deuce and Fade.
Have you read this book, tell me your thoughts. Happy Reading!!

My Review:
Book 4 in the Pulse series was just as great as the first 3! I devoured it!! I have been waiting to read this one (waiting closer to release date of book 5), but I couldn't wait any longer. In this book Aaron is gone, Jagger is human (or is he), Stuart is crazed with Life's blood and Octavius is hunting Mal. Kalina is still torn not knowing who she loves from one minute to the next. The was Kailin Gow writes I feel like Kalina, one minute I'm in love with Stuart and the next with Octavius lol. But I will always be Team Jagger, lol. Also in this book a new character comes into the hospital that Justin is trying to work for to be closer to Kailina in the Fall for school. Justin says she looks just like her! Does Kailina have a twin if not who is this woman? Great read like always! Cant wait for book 5 to come out next week.

Glow
Author: Amy Kathleen Ryan
Publisher: St. Martin's Griffin
ARC copy
Pages: 307
Genre: Dystopian
Pulse Pounding and addictive, GLOW begins the most riveting series since The Hunger Games.
In this thrilling installment, a violent battle separates two young lovers on a ship bound for New Earth. Will they find a way back to their ship-and each other? And most importantly, will they survive and preserve the future of the human race?
My Review:
I was hoping to fall in love with this book. It is about 2 different ships that has left earth right before its destroyed in search of New Earth. On one of these ships we find a girl named Waverly that is 15. Her boyfriend and for all other purposes her intended is Kierian. Kierian is next in line to take over the ship. Waverly and her generation is the first to be born on the ship. Because children are so important for the survival of their race, the girls on the ship are expected to have babies at a young age. A couple chapters in the other ship the NEW Horizon has slowed down so much so the Emptyeon would catch up with them but no one knows why. Turns out the New Horizon has ran into fertility problems and there is no children on board. What will happen with these two ships and their people? I liked the concept of this book and the writing but for some reason the characters did not draw me in. Will I read the 2nd book in this series, sure but it needs to be better than this one if the author wants me to read a 3rd.
Have you read this book, what did you think? Happy Reading!!

Deadly Little Game
Author: Laurie Faria Stolarz
Publisher: Hyperion
Jacket design: Elizabeth H. Clark
Jacket art: Melody Cassen
Pages:297
HIGH SCHOOL juniors Camelia and Ben have discovered a powerful bond: they both possess the power of psychometry, the ability to see the future through touch. For Ben, the gift is frightening liability. When he senses a strong threat or betrayal , he risks losing control. Camelia's gift is more mysterious. When she works with clay, her hands sculpt messages her mind doesn't yet comprehend.
Before either one has a chance to fully grasp their abilities, a new danger surfaces, but this time, Camelia is not the target. Adam, a familiar face from Ben's past, is drawn into a puzzle he can't solve....and his life is on the line. As the clues pile up, Camelia must risk losing Ben or do nothing and suffer the consequences. But in these games, who can be trusted.
My Review:
Deadly Little Games is the 3rd in the Touch series. Cam and Ben are together but still having issues in their relationship. Cam is starting to hear voices and sculpting odd things for a girl with a boyfriend. Ben is still avoiding touching people so he doesn't predict anything. In the first class in the book Cam is sculpting, and starts sculpting Adam's lips (Ben's worse enemy and her ex) and Cam can't stop thinking about him. This prompts Cam to get in touch with Adam at his college to see how he is doing. At first everything seems fine. Camelia goes to Detroit to visit her Aunt in a loony bin and see that her aunt has painted a picture of Adam.Maybe aunt Alexia isn't crazy after all. She warns Camelia not to leave Adam alone his life depends on it. The closer she gets to Adam the further Ben goes. Will she help Adam and lose Ben? Or will she leave Adam alone to save her relationship with Ben? Book 4 comes out in December and I can't wait.

LAST FALL, sixteen-year-old Camelia fell for Ben, the mysterious new boy at school who turned out to have a very mysterious gift - psychometry, the ability to sense the future through touch. But just as Camelia and Ben's romance began to heat up, he abruptly left town. Brokenhearted, Camelia has spent the last few months studying everything she can about pshchometry, and experiencing her own strange brushes with premonition. Camelia wonders if Ben's abilities have somehow rubbed off on her. Can the power of psychometry be transferred?
Even once Ben returns to school, Camelia can't get close enough to share her secret with him. Despite the romantic tension between them, Ben remains aloof, avoiding contact. Then when a series of eerie warnings echoes the threats of last semester-and Ben just withdraws further-Camelia makes the painful decision to let him go, and move on. Adam, the new guy at her after-school job seems good for her in ways Ben wasn't. Adam is easygoing, and really seems to care about her.
But when Camelia and Adam start dating a surprising love triangle results. A chilling sequence of events turns up secrets from Ben's past-and Adam's. Someone is lying, and it's up to Camelia to figure out-who before it's too late
My review:
Deadly Little Lies is the 2nd book in the Touch series. Camelia met Ben last year after he saved her twice. Once from being hit by a car, the second from her stalker ex boyfriend Matt. At the beginning of this book Ben is still gone and Camelia is waiting for him to come back for the 2nd term in school. He does come back right when Camelia starts getting the stalker messages and pictures that she was receiving from Matt. But Matt is in Louisiana and now Ben is back and doesn't want to pick up where things left off with them months ago. Confused by why Ben is acting this way she meets her new co-worker Adam. Adam seems like a very kind guy so she goes with him on a couple dates. (her parents love Adam) But does Adam have a secret of his own? If Matt is in Louisiana who is stalking her now? I liked this book, and now on to Deadly Little Games!

SOME SECRETS SHOULDN'T BE KEPT SECRET...
Until three months ago, everything about sixteen-year-old Camelia's life had been fairly ordinary: decent grades; an okay relationship with her parents; and a pretty cool part-time job at the art studio downtown. But when Ben, the mysterious new guy, starts junior year at her high school, Camelia's life becomes far from ordinary.
Rumored to be somehow responsible for his ex-girlfriend's accidentally death, Ben is immediately ostracized by everyone on campus. Except for Camelia. She's reluctant to believe the rumors, even when her friends try to convince her otherwise. Instead, she's inexplicably drawn to Ben...
and to his touch. But soon, Camelia is receiving eerie phone calls and strange packages with threatening notes. Ben insists she is in danger and that he wants to help-but can he be trusted? She knows he's hiding something...but he's not the only one with a secret.
My review:
Deadly Little Secrets is the first book in the Touch series. The main character is a girl name Camelia. It starts with Camelia being in a parking lot and getting saved by a strange boy from an out of control car. (sound familiar) She doesn't know anything about her hero other than shes a tingling sensation when he touches her and that she can stop thinking about him all summer. The school year starts and low and be hold her hero is at her school. She walk up to say thank you for saving her like and he acts very cold ad denies saving her. She learns his name is Ben but rumors has it he is at their school after a big legal battle over killing his last girlfriend in his hometown. Camelia starts getting these weird and scary pictures and messages, she isn't sure if is Ben or some other crazy person. Ben' ends up in her Chemistry class as her lab partner (sound familiar) and eventually he starts talking to her and wanting to be around her. This book was a good little book even anyone that has read Twilight can see similarities, but it does have a different twist. I liked Twilight and I liked this series also. I like enough that I'm starting the second book when I'm done here, lol. Also I LOVE the pretty covers and this whole series is gorgeous!!

A LOVE THAT KNOWS NO BOUNDS
Abbey knows that Caspian is her destiny. Theirs is a bond that transcend even death. But as Abbey finally learns the full truth about the dark fate that links her to Caspian and ties them both to the town of Sleepy Hollow, she suddenly has some very hard choices to make. Caspian may be the love of her life, but is that love worth dying for?
Beautifully spun, emotionally gripping, and irresistibly romantic,The Hidden will leave you breathless..
My review:
It did leave me breathless! The Hidden is the final book in Jessica Verday's The Hollow series. I have fell in love with all these characters and hate that the series is over. I LOVE Caspian. For those who have not picked up this series it is about a girl named Abbey who loves making perfumes. In the start of the series her best friend is found dead in the river, no one knows if it was accident or suicide. Abbey would go down to the river trying to sort out what happened, when she meets a boy named Caspian. Caspian is a shade (ghost) but at first Abbey doesn't know this. In the Hidden the reverents are around so Abbey knows that she will die soon and forever be with Caspian. But is she having second thoughts, would she rather live and start Abbey Hallow her dream perfume shop or complete Caspian and be with the ONE she loves forever. Will Caspian stay a shade long enough for Abbey to make up her mind? Add some good friends, an evil reverent with a God complex and November the 2nd (the only day Caspian comes alive and they can touch), and you have a really good book that will leave you thinking about for days after.

Drifting in the dark waters of a mysterious river, the only thing Amelia knows for sure is that she's dead. With no recollection of her past life or her actual death-she's trapped alone in a nightmarish existence. All of this changes when she tries to rescue a boy, Joshua, from drowning in her river. As a ghost, she can do nothing but will him to live. Yet in an unforgettable moment of connection, she helps him survive.
Amelia and Joshua grow ever closer as the begin to uncover the strange circumstances of her death and the secrets of the dark river that help her captive for so long. But even while they struggle to keep their bond hidden from the living world, a frightening spirit names Eli is doing everything in his power to destroy their new found happiness and drag Amelia back into the ghost world... forever.
Thrilling and evocative, with moments of pure pleasure, HEREAFTER is a sensation you won't want to miss.
My review:
It starts off with a girl names Amelia, the only thing she knows is her name and that she is dead. She knows she drowned even though it took her awhile to figure it out. She keeps reliving her drowning until now night when a boy named Joshua almost drowns. He actually dies but she does everything she can so he doesn't have the same fate as hers. With this experience she and Joshua (her Joshua) has a connection now He can see and touch her even though she is dead and he is not. Add a evil ghost named Eli and Joshua's family secrets and you have one good story.
I LOVE THIS COVER! Have you read Hereafter, if so what did u think? Happy Reading!

The Unidentified by Rae Mariz book review

Fifteen-year-old Katey (aka Kid) goes to school in the Game - a mall converted into a "school" run by corporate sponsors. As the students play their way through the levels, they are also creating products and being used for market research by the sponsors, who are watching them 24/7 on video cameras.
Kid has a vague sense of unease but doesn't question this existence until one day she witnesses a shocking anti corporate prank. She follows the clues to uncover the identities of the people behind it and discovers an anonymous group that calls itself the Unidentified. Intrigued by their counterculture ideas and enigmatic leader, Kid is drawn into the group. But when the Unidentified pranks and evens Kid's own identity are co-opted by the sponsors, Kid decides to do something bigger-something that could change the Game forever.
This funny, sharp, and thought-provoking novel heralds the arrival of a stunning new voice in teen fiction.
My review
Just finished the Unidentified. It is about an old mall turned into a school (the Game) after the government has ran out of funding. The lead girl is named Kid, she isn't branded (Branded is like a pro being sponsored by a company or companies). Her best friend Ario is obsessed with becoming branded. There is a group know as the Unidentified that is trying to lead a rebellion against the Game. It was well written, fast pace book. It was an enjoyable read but to me sometimes it stayed on a subject to long, when that part of the story was not important. I will read book 2 (if there is one) if the outline grabs me, but it would not be a book I put on my calender that I would have to have the day it comes out.

People pity me, but mostly they feel envy. I have all the luxury and freedom a girl my age could want.
Something is happening to Charlotte Emerson. Like the fires that are ravaging the hills of Los Angeles, it consumes her from the inside out. But whether it is her eternal loneliness, the memory of her brother, the return of her first love, or the brooding, magnetic Jared-she cannot say. What if it's something more...
Something to do with the sudden tear in her perfect nails. The heat she feels when she's with Jared. The blood rushing once again to her cheeks and throughout her veins.
For Charlotte is a vampire, witness to almost a century's worth of death and destruction. But not since she was a human girl has mortality touched her. In a way will you be transformed? Until now
My review.
This was a VERY light read, took me like a hour and half to read. It is about a vampire name Charlotte who is kind of on the run from her maker William who she was with for most of the century. She has a best friend Emily who passes away and Emily's boyfriend Jared knows what Charlotte is. There is drama, love, vampires and lost. I was not into this book at all. I did finish it because it was so short, that's the only reason. I can't pin point why it didn't catch me. This writing was good and the story about can a Vampire come back to life is interesting. I just could not connect with the character to really care about what happened to them. I will try another Francesca Lia Block book but not if this is going to be a series. I will have to catch a completely new story with new characters..

I've lit a fuse and I'm waiting for the explosion. All her life, sixteen-year-old Neva has lived in Homeland, completely cut off from the rest of the world.
All her life, she has been told everything beyond is an unlivable wasteland. All this time, the government has fed her nothing but lies. Now Neva keeps a tattered notebook under her mattress and fills it with the names of the Missing, who has vanished with no explanation,
Now, she and her best friend, Sanna, plan a "dark party" to recruit member for their underground rebellion.. The group begins to uncover horrifying truths. But can Neva break through the secrecy that has shrouded her whole lie? Or will she and her friends become part of the Missing?
Romance, politics, and faith converge in this suspenseful and thought-provoking novel from talented debut author Sara Grant
Dark Parties is a Dystopian novel written by Sara Grant. Neva and Senna are best friends in a world that is basically a huge protected bubble. The government has control over every thing and the young girls in the society are beloved because they are basically baby makers. People are going missing (including Neva's beloved grandma) and Neva wants to know how you can go missing in a bubble. Her grandma always told her their was life outside of the bubble. Neva is on a sex ban vow and holds a dark party to start a rebellion. Brayden, Sanna's boyfriend kisses Neva during the dark party and Neva can't stop thinking about him after that. The first half of the book was really slow to me. I actually out it down and read 2 other books before I picked it back up and finished, but I'm glad I did. Not sure if this is going to be a series, but I couldn't stand the ending. My review::

The Ghost and the Goth Book Review
The Ghost and the Goth

280 pages
The Ghost
It's not my fault that I was born with it all - good looks, silky blond hair, and a keen sense of what everyone else should not be wearing. My life isn't perfect, though, especially since I died. Tun over by a bus of band geeks - could there be a worse fate? As it turns out, yes - I'm starting to disappear, flickering in and out of existence. To top it off, the only person who can see or hear me is Will Killian, TOTAL loser boy, and he refuses to help!
I need to get control of my afterlife, and fast before I'm dead and gone gone for good. If I can get Will to talk to me, I might have a chance. But that means trusting him with my secrets... and I don't trust anyone, living or dead.
The Goth
My mom thinks I'm crazy. My shrink wants to lock me up. Basically, my life sucks. And that was before the homecoming queen started haunting me. Alona Dare was a pain when she was alive; dead, she's even worse.
Yeah, I can see, hear, and touch ghost. With just a few weeks of school left, all I want to do is graduate and get out of here, find some place with less spiritual interference. But with a dead cheerleader who won't leave me alone, and violent new ghost who wants me dead... I'm screwed.
Alona and I might be able to help each other...if we can stop hating each other long enough to try. Yeah right.
My review....
You can already tell by the above what kind of character Alona Dare is going to start out being. The writer did a great job nailing down the perfect cheer leading mean girl and how the student body (even her friends) reacts to her. Will is the loner goth boy with 1 true friend. Alona dies by getting hit by a bus and Will is the only one that can see her other than the other group of ghost hanging out at the school. Will tries to hide his abilities from the living and the dead. This book has unlikely friendship, betrayal, loss, forgiveness, anger. You name it its got it. I would classify this book as a light read considering I read it in one day. Have you read this book? Do you like it? I will be buying the 2nd book in this series by Stacey Kade titled Queen of the Dead!

Bargains and Betrayals by: Shannon Delany Book Review
Bargains and Betrayals (A 13 to Life Novel) by: Shannon Delany
Publisher: St. Martin's Griffin
Cover design by: Ervin Serrano
Cover images by: gates by: James Douglas/Arcangel Images; eyes by DAJ/Getty images;
running girl by Rob Wood
In the third book in the 13 to Life series, Jessie finds her situation to be even more dangerous than she feared. Locked away at Pecan Place, she struggles to maintain her sanity and discovers answers about the group that seems less and less like any legitimate government agency, while Pietr fights to keep their relationship alive. But very aware that his mother's time is running out, Pietr's makes a deal he doesn't dare tell Jessie about. Because the deal Pietr's made could mean the death of far more than his tenuous relationship with the girl he loves.
My review:
Another good book by Shannon Delany, even though it wasn't my favorite in the series. It follows high school editor Jesse and Pieter (werewolf) with the problems in their own lives and their new found love. It has a the CIA, murder, love family and friends. It is a good book and I can't wait for book 4. If you are looking for a light read series this one is it.

ILLUSIONS by: Aprilynne Pike book Review
ILLUSIONS by: Aprilynne Pike
Publisher: HarperCollins
Jacket art by: Mark Tucker/MergeLeft Reps, Inc.
Jacket Design by: Ray Shappell
"I don't do patrols, I don't go hunting, I just stick close to you. You live your life. I'll keep you safe, " Tamani said, sweeping a lock of hair from her face. "Or die trying."
Laurel hasn't seen Tamani since she begged him to let her go last year. Though her heart still aches, Laurel is confident that David was the right choice.
But just as life returns to normal, Laurel realizes that a hidden enemy lies in wait. Once again, Laurel must turn to Tamani to protect and guide her, for the danger that now threatens Avalon is one that no faerie though would ever be possible. And for the first time, Laurel cannot be sure that her side will prevail.
My review:
The whole wing series is a different take on faeries. In Illusions Laurel is still having a love triangle between David and Tam. Am I team David or team Tam? Team Tam all the way!! What he has done and is still doing for Laurel just gets to my heart every time. In book 3 of the series Tam has enrolled in Laurel school to keep a better eye on Laurel, to much dismay of David and Laurel. Between danger and jealously some of the dynamics changes with the characters. There is a new enemy in town and everyone is trying to find out before its too late and the gate to Avalon is breached. Grab this book, it wasn't my favorite of the series but it did leave me wanting more from book 4, coming out in Feb., 2012.

Frost by Marianna Baer Review
My first ARC... Frost by Marianna Baer..
Leena Thomas's senior year at a boarding school begins with a shock: Frost House, her cozy dorm of close friends, has been assigned an unexpected roommate: confrontational, eccentric Celeste Lazr. But while Leena"s anxiety about a threat to her sanctuary proves valid, it becomes less and less clear whether the threat lies with her new roommate, with Leena's own mind or within the very nature of Frost House itself. Mysterious happenings in the dorm, an intense triangle between Leena, Celeste and Celeste"s brother, and the awakening of childhood fears, all push Leena to take increasingly desperate measures to feel safe. Frost is the story of a haunting. As whether the demons are supernatural or psychological... well, which answer would let your sleep at night?
My very first ARC book! I was so excited when this came in the mailbox. This book had me interested from the beginning! I read this book in one sitting because I needed to know more, what was going to happen next, why. All the characters are great in their own way, wish there was a little more romance (but that's just me) lol. The plot had all kind of twist and turns! The writing style was great. The ending was a shock and kind of confused me. Hope there is going to be a 2nd installment so I can find out more. Pick this book up 09/11/11.
Have you read this book, what was your review? Please leave comments, questions or suggestions below. Happy Reading!!!
